| Description | Mouse Anti-SCH Recombinant Antibody (clone SCH94.03). This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes Spinal Cord Homogenate of mouse, rat, human. SCH94.03 is suggested to be a natural autoantibody. SCH94.03 was found to promotes CNS remyelination in mice infected chronically with Theiler's murine encephalomyelitis virus (TMEV). This antibody belongs to the IgM(κ) Ig subclass and recognizes an unknown surface antigen on OLs, but cytoplasmic antigens in all cells. It also induces proliferation of glial cells of mixed rat brain culture. |
