| Description | ZIKV E (aa 220-251) Specific Recomb™ Antibody (V3S-0923-CJ32), Chicken IgY. This chicken anti-ZIKV E IgY antibody (clone ZIKVEF2L01) recognizes recombinant ZIKV E proteins. White leghorn chicken were immunized with a truncated recombinant E protein of Zika virus. The ZIKVEF2L01 scFv showed antigen recognition against both truncated proteins fragment 2 (F2, aa 1-251) and fragment 3 (F3, aa 220-366). It had lower binding activity against F3 protein but moderate reactivity against F2 protein. |
