| Description | Rabbit anti-FBP11 Antibody, Affinity Purified. Formin-binding protein 11 (FBP11) binds to WASL/N-WASP and suppresses its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, thereby inhibiting its cytoplasmic function (By similarity). FBP11 plays a role in the regulation of cell morphology and cytoskeletal organization. It is required in the control of cell shape and migration. It may play a role in cytokinesis and pre-mRNA splicing [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/O75400]. |
