| Description | Rabbit anti-CTNND1 IHC Antibody, Affinity Purified. CTNND1 is an Armadillo repeat domain protein and member of the p120 protein family. The major function of CTNND1 involves the regulation of cadherins to influence cell-cell interactions. CTNND1 regulates cadherins by controlling cadherin turnover and/or trafficking. CTNND1 has also been found to play a role in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton by modulating the activity of small GTPase Rho family members. CTNND1 is a substrate of the nonreceptor tyrosine kinase src and may play a role in the regulation of factors that regulate transcription. |
