Phosphoribosyltransferase domain-containing protein 1 (PRTFDC1) has low, barely detectable phosphoribosyltransferase activity (in vitro). PRTFDC1 binds GMP, IMP and alpha-D-5-phosphoribosyl 1-pyrophosphate (PRPP).
