| Description | Anti-PIEZO2 Antibody, clone 1H10 ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal. Quality Control Testing Evaluated by Western Blotting in HepG2 cell lysate. Western Blotting Analysis: 1:10, 000 dilution of this antibody detected PIEZO2 in HepG2 cell lysate. Tested applications Western Blotting Analysis: 1:10, 000 dilution from a representative lot detected PIEZO2 in HeLa, NIH3T3, and C6 cell lysates. Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected PIEZO2 in HeLa, A431, and NIH3T3 cells. Affinity Binding Assay: A representative lot of this antibody bound PIEZO2 with a KD of 5.1 x 10-7 in an affinity binding assay.
