| Description | Anti-ATG8 Antibody, clone 2B11 ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal. Anti-ATG8, clone 2B11 ZooMAb, Cat. No. ZRB1585, is a recombinant Rabbit monoclonal antibody that specifically targets ATG8 and is tested for use in Affinity Binding Assay, Immunocytochemistry, and Western Blotting. Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected ATG8 in DSL2 Drosophila celld treated with chloroquine (50 mM overnight). Affinity Binding Assay: A representative lot of this antibody bound ATG8 peptide with a KD of 6.0 x 10-9 in an affinity binding assay. Note: Actual optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user as specimens, and experimental conditions may vary with the end user |
