Description | β-Tubulin 3 Antibody, anti-human/mouse, Vio® B515, REAfinity™. Clone REA1152 recognizes the β-Tubulin 3, a neuron specific marker, which is an early marker to signal commitment in primitive neuroepithelium. Tubulin is a dimer composed of an a and a b tubulin molecule. Tubulin is the major component of the eukaryotic cytoskeleton, which is involved in mitosis, cytokinesis, intracellular transport of vesicles and organelles, and DNA segregation. In certain cancer cells β-Tubulin 3 exoression is increased. REA1152 detects only isoform 3 but no other beta tubulin isotypes. | Additional information: Clone REA1152 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
