Description | CD300c Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA741 recognizes the human CD300c antigen, a type I membrane protein, also known as CMRF-35, CLM-6, or CD300 antigen-like family member C. CD300c is expressed on monocytes, neutrophils, on subpopulations of T and B cells, and lymphocytic cell lines. CD300c plays a role in the regulation of TNF-α and IFN-α secretion in activated plasmacytoid dendritic cells (DCs) and is involved in proinflammatory cytokine production. | Additional information: Clone REA741 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
