Description | CD9 Antibody, anti-mouse, FITC. The monoclonal antibody MZ3 recognizes mouse CD9, a 24 kDa type IV transmembrane glycoprotein of the tetraspanin family, also known as transmembrane 4 superfamily. CD9 is expressed on marginal zone B cells, B1 cells, plasma cells, eosinophils, basophils and is up-regulated on activated B and T lymphocytes. CD9 complexes with integrins and other transmembrane 4 superfamily proteins. |
