| Description | CD80 Antibody, anti-mouse, PE. The monoclonal antibody 16-10A1 recognizes mouse CD80 also known as B7, B7-1 or Ly-53. The 55 kDa member of the Ig superfamily is expressed on activated B cells, macrophages and dendritic cells. The interaction of CD80 and CD152 (CTLA-4) or CD28 induces T cell proliferation and cytokine production. | |
