Description | OTX2 Antibody, anti-human, Vio® R667, REAfinity™. Clone REA1178 recognizes the human orthodenticle 2 (OTX2) protein, which is a member of the bicoid sub-family of homeodomain-containing transcription factors. OTX2 is expressed on pluripotent stem cells and differentiated cells in brain, ear, nose, and eye. It plays an essential role in proliferation and differentiation of dopaminergic neuronal progenitor cells during mitosis and is involved in brain, craniofacial, and sensory organ development. | Additional information: Clone REA1178 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
