Description | CD257 (BAFF) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA767 recognizes the mouse CD257 antigen, also known as BAFF. CD257 is a type II transmembrane protein and a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family, which induce pleiotropic biological responses, including cell growth, differentiation, and death. CD257 plays an important role as costimulator of B cell proliferation and function. Expression of CD257 is found on different cell types including monocytes, dendritic cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. | Additional information: Clone REA767 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
