Description | HLA-G Antibody, anti-human, FITC. Clone 87G recognizes the human HLA-G antigen, a heterodimeric class I molecule consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain. The heavy chain is approximately 45 kDa and is anchored in the membrane. HLA-G is expressed on fetal derived placental cells. Clone 87G reacts with isoforms of HLA-G1 and HLA-G5. |
