Description | JNK2 (MAPK9) Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAdye_lease™. Clone REAL581 is an antibody fragment derived from the full JNK2 (MAPK9) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL581 recognizes the JNK2 enzyme, also known as MAPK9 (Mitogen-activated protein kinase 9) or c-Jun N-terminal kinase, which is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases are involved in several biochemical signals and different cellular processes e.g. proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. JNK2 is responsible for multiple biochemical signals and plays an important role in cell proliferation, gene expression, differentiation, migration, transformation, and apoptosis. It is expressed in all tissues, in several tumour tissues, JNK2 is moderately or weakly expressed. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). | |
