Description | NKp80 Antibody, anti-human, Vio® Bright B515, REAfinity™. Clone REA845 recognizes the human NKp80 antigen, an 80 kDa homodimeric surface molecule belonging to the family of C-type lectin-like receptors. NKp80 is expressed on all human natural killer (NK) cells and on a small subset of effector memory CD8+ T cells. NKp80 stimulates NK cell cytotoxicity and cytokine release and appears to co-operate with other triggering receptors to induce optimal NK cell activation upon interaction with potential target cells. The ligand of NKp80 is activation-induced C-type lectin (AICL), also called CLEC2B. | Additional information: Clone REA845 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
