Description | IL-1α Antibody, anti-human, PE. Clone 364-3B3-14 recognizes the human IL-1α antigen, a cytokine of the interleukin-1 (IL-1) family. IL-1α is produced mainly by activated macrophages, neutrophils, as well as epithelial and endothelial cells. IL-1 is responsible for the production of inflammation as well as the promotion of fever and sepsis. IL-1α interacts with TNF and promote fever and inflammation. The 364-3B3-14 antibody does not cross-react with human IL-1β. |
