DescriptionWT1 Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAdye_lease™. Clone REAL748 is an antibody fragment derived from the full WT1 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL748 recognizes the human WT1 protein, also known as Wilms Tumor Protein 1, WT33 or Wilms tumor suppressor protein. WT1 is a transcription factor containing four zinc fingers with distinct splicing isoforms. It plays an important role in cellular development and cell survival, especially in the development of the urogenital system. Furthermore, WT1 has a tumor suppressor and oncogenic role in tumor formation. WT1 is mainly expressed in kidney and on a subset of hematopoietic cells. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
