| Description | CD262 Antibody, anti-mouse, APC. CD262 is a 55 kDa protein expressed on leukocytes, placenta cells, liver cells and some tumor cells and tumor cell lines (such as NIH-3T3). CD262 is also known as DR5, TRAIL-R2, and TNFRSF10B. CD262 is a receptor for TRAIL, its binding induces apoptosis by activating the NF-κB pathway. |
