Description | CD2AP Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA1147 recognizes the human CD2AP protein, a membrane-associated protein, which functions as an adapter protein between membrane proteins and the actin cytoskeleton. CD2AP is involved in receptor clustering and cytoskeletal polarity in the junction between T-cell and antigen-presenting cell and plays a role in cytokinesis. It is widely expressed in fetal and adult tissues. | Additional information: Clone REA1147 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
