| Description | CD51 Antibody, anti-human, Vio® Bright V423, REAfinity™. Clone REA181 recognizes CD51, also known as αV integrin, which is a 140 KDa single pass type I membrane protein. CD51 forms heterodimers with β1, β3, β5, or β6 inetgrins and serves as a receptor for diverse extra cellular matrix proteins such as fibronectin, fibrinogen, vitronectin, thrombspondin, von Willebrand factor, laminin, and matrix metalloproteinase-2. | Additional information: Clone REA181 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |
