Description | CD73 Antibody, anti-mouse, Vio® Bright B515, REAfinity™. Clone REA778 recognizes the mouse CD73 antigen, also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase. CD73 is a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked membrane-bound glycoprotein and dephosphorylates extracellular nucleoside monophosphatase into nucleosides. Expression of CD73 is found in subsets of myeloid cells, T cells, and thymic epithelial cells. CD73 together with ectozyme CD39 regulates the extracellular ATP and adenosine levels. | Additional information: Clone REA778 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
