Description | APCDD1 Antibody, anti-human, Biotin, REAfinity™. Clone REA887 recognizes the human APCDD1 antigen, a single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein also known as adenomatosis polyposis coli down-regulated 1 protein or DRAPC1. APCDD1 functions as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway, is suggested to be involved in colorectal tumorigenesis, and supports the expression and activation of β-catenin. APCDD1 is highly expressed in heart, pancreas, prostate, ovary, and in the epidermal and dermal compartments of the hair follicle. It is moderately expressed in lung, liver, kidney, spleen, thymus, colon, and peripheral lymphocytes. | Additional information: Clone REA887 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
