Description | PAX-3 Antibody, anti-human/mouse, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA719 recognizes the human and mouse paired box protein PAX-3 antigen, a member of the paired box (PAX) gene family whose protein products are transcription factors involved in development. PAX-3 regulates cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis and plays a role in neural development and myogenesis. Human and mouse PAX-3 share 98% amino acid sequence identity. | Additional information: Clone REA719 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
