| Description | CD50 (ICAM-3) Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAlease®. Clone REAL396 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD50 (ICAM-3) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL396 recognizes the human CD50 antigen, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as ICAM-3 (Intercellular adhesion molecule 3). CD50, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, is closely related to ICAM-1 and consists of five immunoglobulin domains. CD50 is expressed on leukocytes. CD50 is a ligand for CD11a (leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 protein) and is also associated with the amino-terminal domain of ERM proteins and moesin. It plays an essential role in primary immune responses. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. |
