Description | Siglec-F Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA798 recognizes the mouse siglec-F antigen, also kown as Siglec-5, which belongs to the siglec family (sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-type lectins). Siglecs are expressed on immune cells and are a subset of the I-type lectins. Siglec-F contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) in its cytoplasmic domain. In mouse, siglec-F is an inhibitory receptor on eosinophils. | Additional information: Clone REA798 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
