Description | Phospholamban Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAdye_lease™. Clone REAL773 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Phospholamban antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL773 recognizes Phospholamban (PLB), also known as Cardiac phospholamban, a micropeptide protein that in humans is encoded by the PLN gene. Phospholamban (PLB) modulates the contractility of the heart muscle and it plays an important role in calcium homeostasis. Phospolamban (PLB) is a key regulator of cardiac diastolic function. Mutations in the PLN gene are caused in human dilated Cardiomyopathy. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). | |
