Description | CD26 Antibody, anti-human, Biotin. The FR10-11G9 clone antibody recognizes CD26, a costimulatory molecule that is involved in T cell activation. CD26 is a type II transmembrane protein that acts as an ectoenzyme with prolyl oligopeptidase activity. It is widely expressed in various tissues. In the immune system CD26 is expressed on thymocytes, activated T cells, B cells, NK cells, and macrophages. |
