Description | CD150 (SLAM) Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA151 recognizes CD150, a 70 kDa cell surface glycoprotein also known as SLAM, and belongs to the Ig superfamily. It acts as a self ligand. Expression of CD150 is found on B cells, dendritic cells, and activated/memory T cells and it is involved in functions such as stimulation, proliferation, and inhibition of apoptosis of B cells, stimulation and IFN-γ production in T?1 T cell clones. CD150 has been identified as the second receptor for measles virus. | Additional information: Clone REA151 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | | |
