Description | Helios Antibody, anti-human/mouse, FITC. The monoclonal antibody 22F6 recognizes mouse and human Helios, which is a zinc-finger transcription factor of the Ikaros family. As well as Ikaros and Aiolos Helios functions as an important regulator of lymphoid development and differentiation and is involved in the control of gene expression. Helios is found on the earliest haematopoietic sites of the embryo, in adult haemopoietic stem cells and on regulatory T cells. |
