Description | CD66 (CEA) Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA1158 recognizes the human CD66 antigen, also known as CEA (Carcinoembryonic antigen), a cell-surface-anchored glycoprotein, which is a member of the Ig superfamily. CEA plays a role in in cell adhesion and contributes to tumorigenicity by inhibiting cellular differentiation. CEA is used as an important tumor marker for colorectal and other carcinomas. | Additional information: Clone REA1158 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
