DescriptionCD137L (4-1BBL) Antibody, anti-mouse, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA962 recognizes the mouse CD137L antigen, a single-pass type II membrane protein also known as 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL) or tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 9 (Tnfsf9). CD137L is expressed on activated antigen-presenting cells and plays an essential role in regulating adaptive immune responses. Its receptor, 4-1BB is an inducible co-stimulatory member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family expressed on activated CD4 and CD8 T cells. 4-1BB can enhance both the proliferation and the survival of murine CD4 and CD8 T cells. Recent evidence in mouse models suggests that 4-1BB/CD137L interaction plays an important role in the memory CD8 T cell response to viruses. | Additional information: Clone REA962 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
