Description | Mast Cell Tryptase Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAdye_lease™. Clone REAL798 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Mast Cell Tryptase antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL798 recognizes human mast cell tryptase, an important marker of mast cell activation and inflammatory mediator. Tryptase is involved in angiogenesis after its release from activated MC granules. Tryptase+ mast cell infiltration leads to an unfavorable clinical outcome in solid tumors. Mast Cell Tryptase is appropriate to be a valuable prognostic biomarker for human solid and hematological tumors. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
