Description | CD114 Antibody, anti-human, Biotin. Clone LMM741 binds the receptor for granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSFR, CSF3), a 130-150 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the class 1 cytokine receptor gene family also known as CD114. Ligand binding leads to homodimerization and subsequent signal transduction involving the JAK-STAT pathway. CD114 is expressed by neutrophils at all stages of differentiation but also found on monocytes, endothelial cells, mature platelets, trophoblasts, and placenta. |
