Description | DcTRAIL-R1 (TNFRH1) Antibody, anti-mouse, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA759 recognizes the mouse DcTRAIL-R1 antigen, which is a GPI-anchored mouse TNF receptor superfamily member, also known as TNFRH1, tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 23 (Tnfrsf23), or mSOB. DcTRAIL-R1 is expressed on a variety of cells including different tumor cells. Its ligand TRAIL is known to be involved in the inhibition of autoimmune disease. It is reported, that TRAIL suppresses autoimmunity by the inhibition of T?1 cells and the promotion of Tregs. | Additional information: Clone REA759 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
