| Description | Hepatocyte Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA1088 recognizes the Hepatocyte Specific Antigen, also known as HSA or Hep-Par1. Hep-Par1 has been detected in the majority of hepatocellular carcinomas, cholangiocarcinoma and hepatoblastomas and in a subset of gastric carcinoma. It is expressed in both benign and malignant adult and fetal liver derived tissues and helps to differentiate hepatocellular carcinomas from adenocarcinomas, either primary or metastatic. | Additional information: Clone REA1088 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
