Description | Siglec-F Antibody, anti-mouse, PE-Vio® 770. The monoclonal antibody ES22-10D8 recognizes mouse sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin F (siglec-F), which is a member of the Ig superfamily containing an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) in its cytoplasmic domain. In mouse, siglec-F is an inhibitory receptor on eosinophils. It recognizes preferentially the glycan ligand 6'-sulfated sialyl Lewis X. |
