Description | JAML Antibody, anti-mouse, Biotin, REAfinity™. Clone REA862 recognizes the mouse JAML antigen, also known as AMICA1 or junctional adhesion molecule-like protein. JAML is a transmembrane protein, which consists of two extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains, a membrane-spanning region, and a cytoplasmic tail involved in activation signaling. JAML is found on γ/δ intraepithelial T cells. The costimulatory molecule JAML binds to its ligands Coxsackie virus and adenovirus receptor (CAR), that leads to cellular proliferation and cytokine and growth factor production. | Additional information: Clone REA862 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
