Description | TCR Vβ2 Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA642 recognizes the mouse V beta 2 T cell receptor (TCR Vβ2). The T cell receptor is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable alpha and beta chains expressed as part of a complex with the invariant CD3 chain molecules. The α and β TCR chains are composed of constant and variable regions, each encoded by distinct gene segments. | Additional information: Clone REA642 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
