Description | FPRL1/FPR2 Antibody, anti-human, PE-Vio® 770, REAfinity™. Clone REA663 recognizes the human FPRL1 antigen, a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR), also known as FPR2 or N-formyl peptide receptor 2. FPRL1 mediates chemotaxis, degranulation, and the respiratory burst. It interacts with lipoxin A4, which is involved in immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory actions. FPRL1 is expressed on mononuclear phagocytes and microglial cells. | Additional information: Clone REA663 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
