| Description | PKCθ Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA588 recognizes the human PKCθ antigen, which is a member of the protein kinase C (PKC) family of homologous serine/threonine protein kinases that phosphorylate the OH group of serine or threonine. PKCs play a role in the carcinogenesis and maintenance of malignant phenotype. PKCθ transcripts are expressed in hematopoietic tissues and cell lines, including T cells and thymocytes. | Additional information: Clone REA588 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
