Description | CD276 Antibody, anti-human, PE-Vio® 615, REAfinity™. Clone REA1094 recognizes the human CD276 antigen, a type I transmembrane protein expressed at low levels in human liver, lung, bladder, testis, prostate, breast, placenta, lymphoid organs, and many human cancers. Surface expression can be induced on T cells, natural killer cells, and macrophages as well as on dendritic cells (DC) by interferon γ (IFN-γ) and on monocytes by granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and interleukin 4 (IL-4). CD276 has been shown to function as costimulatory molecule for T cell activation by inducing T cell proliferation and IFN-γ production. | Additional information: Clone REA1094 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
