Description | CD45RB Antibody, anti-mouse, VioBlue®, REAfinity™. Clone REA1180 recognizes an isoform of mouse CD45 known as CD45RB, which is exon B dependent. It is a 220 kDa glycoprotein found in a high density on peripheral B cells, on a subpopulation of T cells and thymocytes and is weakly expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells. CD45 is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. | Additional information: Clone REA1180 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
