Description | CD131 Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA249 recognizes the human CD131 antigen, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-3R common subunit β or GM-CSF/IL-3/IL-5 receptor common β chain. CD131 forms heterodimers with the α subunit of the receptor complexes for human granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSFR), interleukin 3 (IL-3R), and interleukin 5 (IL-5R). These cytokine receptors are expressed by several different cell types like neutrophils, eosinophils, monocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and hematopoietic progenitor cells. | Additional information: Clone REA249 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
