Description | CD158d (KIR2DL4) Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA768 recognizes the human CD158d antigen, a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIR) family, expressed by natural killer (NK) cells and subsets of CD8+ T cells. KIRs recognize polymorphic human HLA class I molecules and have inhibitory and activation functions. Binding of CD158d to its receptor HLA-G leads to the inhibition of the cytolytic NK cell function. | Additional information: Clone REA768 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
