Description | TCR Vβ11 Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA559 recognizes the human Vβ11 T cell receptor (TCR Vβ11). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable α and β chains expressed as part of a complex with the invariant CD3 chain molecules. TCR Vβ11 is expressed on a subset of α/β T cells. | Additional information: Clone REA559 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
