Description | Nectin-4 Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA967 recognizes the human nectin-4 protein, also known as the poliovirus receptor-related protein 4 (PVRL4), a type I transmembrane adhesion glycoprotein of the Ig superfamily receptor LNIR. Nectin-4 is specifically expressed in placenta and on breast carcinoma cells. All nectins are known as receptors for the herpes simplex virus. | Additional information: Clone REA967 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
