Description | CD41b Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA336 recognizes the human CD41b antigen, the β chain of integrin α-IIb (CD41). CD41 associates with CD61 to form the heterodimeric GPIIb/GPIIIa complex that is present on human megakaryocytes and platelets. The CD41/CD61 complex is a receptor for fibronectin, fibrinogen, plasminogen, prothrombin, thrombospondin, as well as vitronectin and mediates platelets aggregation. | Additional information: Clone REA336 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
