Description | CD93 Antibody, anti-human, APC-Vio® 770. The monoclonal antibody VIMD2 reacts with human CD93, also known as C1qRp, which is a 120 kDa heavily O-glycosylated protein. It is expressed on myeloid cells, platelets, endothelial cells, and immature dendritic cells whereas mature dendritic cells show weak to negative CD93 expression. C1qRp is involved in regulation of phagocytic activity, macrophage activation, and cell-cell adhesion. |
