Description | Tau Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAdye_lease™. Clone REAL1291 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Tau antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1291 recognizes the antigen Tau, a protein expressed in neurons. Tau belongs to the family of microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs), whose members interact with the microtubules of the cellular cytoskeleton and have different functions. The binding of MAPs to tubulin dimers of microtubules leads to the stabilization of microtubule structure. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). | |
